Ms. Erin Nathan

Mrs. Erin Nathan was born and raised in Newark, DE. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education - English from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She began her career in education in 2009 as an English teacher at Parkside High School, where she also coached softball from 2009-2013. Mrs. Nathan also spent four years at Bennett High School and arrived at Bennett Middle in 2019. She is currently enrolled in Salisbury University's Doctoral program. She currently lives in Berlin with her husband, Jacob, and daughter, Lilly.

Johanna Duncan

Ms. Johanna Duncan

Johanna Duncan is in her third year with Wicomico County Schools as the Assistant Principal at Bennett Middle School. Prior to Bennett, she was the Assistant Principal at Northwestern Elementary. Ms. Duncan began her career with Anne Arundel County Public School as a classroom teacher, then continued her educational journey with Baltimore County Public Schools, serving as a department chair and school counselor at Old Court and Arbutus Middle Schools. Ms. Duncan transitioned to administration, working as an Assistant Principal at Old Court Middle School and Perry Hall Middle School. Ms. Duncan received her undergraduate degree at The College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, and a graduate degree at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash. She is also a National Certified School Counselor.

Vera Reed

Ms. Vera Reed

Mrs. Reed is a native of Daytona Beach, FL where she graduated from Volusia County Schools. She matriculated to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), Tallahassee, FL; graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education and continued her education with the University of Florida; Gainesville, FL in their Continuing Education Program for Special Education Certification and onto earning a master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Barry University; Miami, Florida. Her educational career in Volusia County Schools includes being a Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher, Program Placement Specialist and Assistant Principal. Prior to relocating to Wicomico County Schools, she was an Assistant Principal in Savannah-Chatham County Schools, Savannah, GA. During the 2015-2016 school year, she was a Special Education Teacher at Wicomico Middle School. Mrs. Reed resides in Salisbury with her husband, Clifford and they have one Son, C.J, a granddaughter, Zalia Susan. and a grandson, Clifford Jervon "Deuce".
