IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT from Wicomico County Public Schools!
Our Transition to A New Email Domain Takes Place This Weekend.
On Friday June 7th at 4pm, all WCPS employee and student email address domains will change from @ wcboe.org to @mywcps.org. Student emails will be changing from @students.wcboe.org to @students.mywcps.org.
It's part of the school system's new branding that began last year with a new logo and website domain. This new email domain change is a massive undertaking and preparation from our Technology team has taken close to a year to complete.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Wicomico County Public Schools email service will not be available from 4 p.m. on Friday June 7th UNTIL the morning of Monday June 10th. Employees and students WILL NOT have access to their email account over the weekend. Family Portal/X2 will remain available over the weekend since it relies on usernames and not an email address.

During the update, you will not have the ability to access Google Classroom, Zoom, Clever, Apps linked to CLEVER or Edmentum.
WAIT UNTIL SUNDAY - On Sunday evening, restart your laptop on a school network.
Most school networks are accessible by standing near the front door of the school. Getting close to the ticket booth at County Stadium is another good location to access the network.
Remember, you must fully shut down the device and restart it on the school / district network. Opening and closing the laptop WILL NOT trigger the update.
Stay on the school network and click on GOOGLE Chrome to access Google Classroom. Please know that CLEVER will most likely not be working. Your teachers have been advised not to use CLEVER for the final three days of instruction.
IF you are using EDMENTUM, please remain on the school network and do the following:
Go to https://auth.edmentum.com/elf/login
Click on the Microsoft button below the Log in to Edmentum bar to sign in with your account.
Finally, techs will be available at our central office location (2424 Northgate Dr – Behind Lowes) at 7:30 AM on Monday, June 10 to offer assistance if you need to bring your laptop to them.
Attendance is being recorded June 10-12.
Please, restart your device on a school / district network Sunday evening to ensure you can access instruction on Monday.
